BMX Swap Meet

Last weekend I headed over the monthly BMX swap meet at Gary Turner's BMX shop in Orange, CA.  This time I headed over with a friend on a mission: Fix up the Robinson bike he raced in the late 80's - early 90's. 

Of course, I'm on the lookout for Flite stuff too, like this GT BMX - Flite bar pad on a clean GT Performer.

There's plenty of good stuff for sale and lots of friendly guys to chat it up with.  I wish I'd taken more pictures, but some of my favorite finds were an ELF frame, some Redline cranks in excellent condition and an NOS Mongoose number plate.

Today we took home a seat and some AME grips.  Someone else swiped the 20" skinwall tires we were eyeing. Ah well... Next month.
